"Looking at how light interacted with glass got me interested in lighting," Trevor recalls.

This fascination led him to his first job in the lighting industry—a career choice he has never looked back on. From designing some of the first low-voltage downlights using traditional drawing boards to working on patented innovations, Trevor’s experience is both extensive and diverse.

"Everything influences you if you’re a creative," Trevor notes. For example, the design of Phos’s soft flush product was inspired by the curve of an aircraft window, capturing the way light flows as a plane ascends through the clouds. This blend of creativity and technical expertise defines Trevor’s approach to lighting design, allowing him to create products that are both innovative and visually striking.
