All returned products must have a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
To receive your RAN, please folllow the below steps:
1. Complete the Returns Request Form below.
2. We will issue you with a RAN (do not post your return until you have received this number)
3. Once you have received your RAN you must CLEARLY mark the number on the outside of your shipping box
4. Return the item(s) to us
Please do not return any items that have not been authorised by us as they will be returned to you without testing.
